  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in India).
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and offer alternatives or a full refund.
  • Custom or personalized orders (if available) may take an additional 2-3 business days to process.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery within India:

  • Standard Shipping: Via India Post (economy option, 5-10 business days).
  • Express Shipping: Via Delhivery, ST or Blue Dart (faster option, 2-5 business days, available in select areas).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight (our products are lightweight, so rates are affordable).

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) at this time to streamline operations—payments are processed upfront via secure methods like UPI, cards, or wallets.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to all pin codes in India, but remote or hilly areas (e.g., parts of Northeast India or islands) may incur extra charges or longer times.
